Discovery Call
A 15 minute complimentary call to explore the potential of working together
Initial Appointment
During the one hour first appointment the following will be covered:
• Address current health concerns related to nutrition
• Review current intake
• Provide specific suggestions where nutrition can be improved and reason for doing so
• Set specific dietary goals or targets
A plan outlining goals and recommended changes will be provide
Follow-Up Appointments
During the follow-up appointments we will review initial goals, evaluate progress and update your plan to ensure we are meeting your goals and add in new targets and provide additional resources

A receipt will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement. Direct billing is not available at this time.
If you do not have private insurance, dietitian services can be submitted as a medical expense.
